Public parks should have flush toilets, not stinky porta-potties. The point is so obvious that former President George W. Bush got it. During a visit to a new national seashore on Cape Cod, he said: ” … we want there to be a visitor’s center that’s worth going into. We want the toilets to flush. Whatever the problem is, we need to address it, so that the people, when it comes to using their own park, are able to do so in a comfortable way.”
